Earthing Mat
"Grounding"
This is designed to simulate direct contact with the Earth while you relax indoors. When properly connected to a grounded outlet, the mat provides an electrically conductive connection to ground.
When used during Red Light Therapy and Oxygen Therapy, an earthing mat can add another relaxing element to your wellness session. Earthing is promoted for supporting relaxation, stress reduction, better sleep, and an overall sense of well-being, although research on specific health benefits is still limited.
